Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. All enhancement wigs/units and hair sales are FINAL.  However Radiant Lux Extension strive to provide every radiant beauty with exceptional customer service.  If there is any inaccuracy on our behalf we will gladly  accept orders within 3 days of receiving.  We have the right to refused any item if it has been tampered or altered in any type of way or if it is sent back after the 3 days return period. 

All enhancement hair and wig/unit sales are FINAL. Please read the product and descriptions before purchasing.
